I absolutely love Japan! This trip has inspired me to learn more about the Japanese culture. I learned it! I have learned so much! Japan is so different to Australia. The culture is so rich. I loved seeing the old shrines and the historic items in the Natural Museum of Nature and Science.

My favorite part of the trip was all of it! I loved it too much! I loved living with my host family, who were so kind and caring. I’m going to miss them so much. I want to visit some time though.

I really enjoyed the tea ceremony and flower arranging. I also enjoyed visiting Kawagoe and Chichibu with the family. The cultural experience was amazing as we got to see and do those things first hand.

I enjoyed furthering my knowledge of the Japanese language. I tried learning at least one new word or phrase a day. I really want to continue to learn the Japanese language because it is so beautiful.

I loved the leaders that helped us out each day. They were so kind and sweet. They were always happy no matter what. I hope I get to see them again as well.

This trip was such a “once in a lifetime” thing. I have gained so much from it. My host family, the delegates and I have made so many good that I’m sure we will never forget. Thank you so much for giving us this wonderful opportunity. I will be forever grateful for all the people who have allowed this to happen. I will definitely be coming back to Japan in years to come.
